Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Average delivery time is
4–12 business days. Shipping times may extend during high-volume periods or holidays.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or federal holidays. If we experience a high order volume, processing and delivery may be delayed. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. This will include your tracking number(s). Tracking numbers usually activate within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Good Girl LLC is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping—including tariffs and taxes—are the customer’s responsibility.
Damages
Good Girl LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and damaged items.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside of the United States.
