Before Good Girl Rx became a brand, it was my story.
To every woman who has ever pushed through pain, put herself last, or carried the weight of the world on her shoulders, this brand is for you.
GoodGirlRX was born out of my own journey through endometriosis, hormonal imbalance, pre diabetic markers, stress, burnout, and a body that was asking for help. I know what it feels like to be exhausted but still expected to show up. I know what it feels like to be dismissed or told you are fine when you know something is wrong.
For years I searched for real answers. Not quick fixes. Not generic advice. Not something designed for everyone except the woman who is actually living the experience. What I found was that women everywhere were fighting the same quiet battles: Fatigue. Inflammation. Hormone confusion. Anxiety. Nutrient deficiencies. And a healthcare system that often overlooks our voices.
GoodGirlRX is my answer to all of that.
This company was built to give women access to clarity, education, and real wellness support that meets them exactly where they are. It is designed for the woman who is juggling motherhood, careers, relationships, expectations, and the pressure to keep going even when her body is asking her to slow down.

My long-term dream is that programs like ours become available to every family who needs them, including those who rely on assistance programs. Wellness should not be a luxury. It should be a basic foundation of life.
